Viburnum lucidum, Photinia fraseri (Viburnum,Photinia Red Robin)

Due to their compact shape and rapid growth, viburnum and photinia are often used as plant fences reaching up to 4 meters. They can also be found singly or in combination with other shrubs such as firethorn (Pyracantha) and forsythia creating wonderful color compositions. Photinia is a hardy evergreen bush. Its brilliant shades of red color distinguishes it from other bushes used in urban landscape architecture. In addition, if left untended in the spring it fills with white, fragrant flowers. Viburnum is one of the most popular shrubs because of its hardiness and glossy green foliage. It bears beautiful tiny flowers, with a particularly sweet fragrance, as well as small spherical dark fruits.
